The supports health care and education in rural Tibetan communities. The foundation is dedicated to raising funds to establish sustainable health care clinics and to support educational programs in rural Tibetan communities in the PRC.

The is a non-profit, non-political and tax exempt charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
